At the moment this service is high on demand, so you will receive a “go” when to ship. When you are up I will ship it back to you within 14 workingdays after the given timeslot. Unless we  otherwise.

This whole washing-process takes up to 3 days.

As this is an issue we see more and more with older wraps, I don’t easily get scared. When I find damage before washing I will get in touch with pictures and will discuss with you if you still want the spa-treatment. When I find damage I will always freeze -20celcius at that time to ensure the safety of ofher clients wraps I have here and to do damagecontrol / prevent more damage.

When the damage appears after a wash, because damaged fibres will come loose and fall out while washing) I will get in touch and send you pictures, will also freeze when it is dry and will proceed with what you want after that. I do offer  safety repairs on mothdamage. But luckily it does not happen very often that damage was not known by someone before shipping.

Most people appreciate it and it is not a lot of work for me so I always try to share a couple of pictures of the process to keep you in the loop.

I also always send pictures when I find something we did not discuss specifically beforehand (damage, permacrease, stains or discoloration) when your wrap comes in to keep things clear.

Please make sure the items are insured and packed / wrapped properly. I am not responsible for errors with parcels (if your package gets lost or damaged)

also add a namecard inside the package. 

I  will only ship back at your cost with tracking and preferred with insurance or at your risk if you opt for just a tracked shipment.

NOTE: When shipping from outside EUROPE send your item gifted. Make sure to excluse the namen ”Soakfairy” as experience learnt your parcel will be stuck at customs for a week and often you pay higher taxrates as customs assumes I am a business BUYING products. 

When shipping from US or countries outside EU you will be charged. Make sure to exclude the name Soakfairy from the parcel to avoid extra process time as customs always assume I BUY items for my business. They often also charge a higher rate.

I have no problem arranging the payment to customs for you, which I will do as soon as you paid the amount of the charge in front to me.
